Carefully place the bulbs in their original individual packaging and secure them in a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
